At Shop Bibliophile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your literary-inspired fashion. If your purchase doesn't tell the story you expected, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
